Session Menu

Pick The Work Your Body Needs

Every session starts with a few minutes of honest conversation about what's tight, what's tired, and what you actually want out of the hour. Durations and pricing below — no surprise upsells at the table.

Hands working a shoulder during a deep tissue massage session

Deep Tissue

60 min $95 · 90 min $130

Focused pressure through the layers that are actually holding tension — shoulders, low back, hips. Built for people who sit too much or train too hard, sometimes both.

Folded warm towels staged in low studio light

Relaxation

60 min $85 · 90 min $115

Slower pace, lighter pressure, full nervous-system reset. The session for when you need to come down, not dig in.

Assisted stretching session on a massage table, face out of frame

Sports Recovery

60 min $100 · 90 min $135

Targeted soft-tissue work plus assisted stretching for the muscles you actually use — pre-event tune-ups, post-race recovery, or keeping your training legs under you.

Support cushions arranged on a massage table for prenatal comfort positioning

Prenatal Comfort

60 min $95 · 90 min $125

Side-lying positioning with full cushion support, lighter pressure, and comfort as the only goal. We ask about your care team's guidance before we start.

Your Therapists

Two Therapists, Two Different Strengths

Tell us what's going on and we'll match you — or request either by name when you book.

Dana R.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Seven years in, Dana's the one you want when something's been tight for weeks and gentle hasn't touched it. Direct pressure, direct conversation about what's actually going on in there.

Best for: deep tissue, sports recovery, stubborn shoulders and hips.

Marcus T.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Marcus works slower and listens more than he talks — the session for when your body needs to come down off a stressful week, not get dug into further.

Best for: relaxation, prenatal comfort, first-time clients.

Let's Be Honest

Deep Doesn't Mean Painful

“Deep” means layers, not intensity

Deep tissue work sounds like it should hurt — it doesn't have to. “Deep” means we're working through layers of muscle, not grinding on you until you tap out. Good pressure feels like relief with an edge, not something you white-knuckle through.

Your 1–10 the whole session, not just at intake

Pressure adjusts in real time, every time — tell us any time it needs to change. If something crosses from productive discomfort into just plain pain, we back off immediately. You're not being tested.

Sore is normal. Worse is not.

First time getting deep tissue work? Expect some soreness for a day, like a solid workout — not bruising, not days of pain. If a session leaves you worse than when you walked in, that's on us to fix next time.

This is comfort, mobility, and recovery work — not medical treatment. If something needs a doctor, we'll say so and point you there.

What Clients Say

What People Say After A Session

I've done deep tissue at three different places and this is the first time someone actually asked how the pressure felt instead of just going hard the whole time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does deep tissue hurt?

Not if we're doing it right. “Deep” refers to working through muscle layers, not intensity for its own sake. Tell us your comfort level any time during the session and we'll adjust — you're never expected to grit through pain.

How far out should I book?

Most people book 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekend slots. Weekday mornings tend to open up faster if you need something sooner — call and we'll check.

Can I request a specific therapist?

Yes — pick Dana or Marcus on the booking form, or leave it as “no preference” and we'll match you to whoever fits what you described.

What should I expect for a prenatal-comfort session?

Side-lying positioning with full support cushions, lighter pressure, and comfort as the only goal — not treatment for any pregnancy-related condition. We'll ask a few basic questions before we start.

How do the recovery plans work?

Flat monthly rate, a missed session rolls forward once, and you can pause or cancel anytime — no long-term contract.
